Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between POTS AND BUDS CACTUS CAFE and the CLIENT. Changes must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Damage to Property and Equipment
The CLIENT is responsible for any damage to the grazing table, catering equipment, or any associated items during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, the grazing table, platters, utensils, decors, tables, chairs, and covers.
In the event of damage or loss, the CLIENT agrees to pay the full replacement or repair costs as determined by the CAFE.
If the grazing table, catering or rental equipment are returned in unsatisfactory condition, the CLIENT will be charged an additional cleaning or repair fee.
Injury or Accident
The CAFE is not liable for any injury or accident that occurs during the rental period involving the grazing table, catering or food items. The CLIENT assumes full responsibility for the safety of their guests and ensures that services are placed in a safe area. The CAFE is not responsible related to food consumption, or allergic reactions.
Food Safety and Allergies
The CLIENT is responsible for informing their guests of any potential allergens present in the food served, as well as ensuring that food is stored and served in compliance with safety guidelines. The CAFE is not liable for any allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or health issues resulting from the consumption of food provided through the grazing table or catering service.
Booking and payment terms
- A 50% downpayment is required to confirm booking.
- The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to the event date.
- Catering service duration is good for 3 hours from the agreed-upon eating time; extended service is ₱1,000 per hour.
- Additional charges apply for out-of-town services (outside the cafe/city area).
- Cancellations and reductions in the number of guests (pax) are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
- Themed backdrops are available with a minimum charge of ₱4,000 (simple backdrop is complimentary).
