CRMMDSS-RFM is the customer relationship management and marketing decision support system for Pots and Buds Cactus Cafe. It brings booking operations, customer records, transactions, campaigns, reports, and RFM-based customer insights into one workspace.

Built for useful records, not unnecessary collection.
The system handles booking, account, customer, transaction, security, and derived analytics data needed for its business functions. It does not process card numbers or authorize payments, and it does not request browser GPS coordinates.
Data is stored in the deployment's configured PostgreSQL database, while uploaded reference images use the configured application upload storage.
